The sulphurus samur-eye hasn't been priced yet, we can't just convert a BO price into pure buds. The third sale for the multiple unusuals may be an outlier. I feel the high price might be a bit too high.
I posted the B/O as "indicative" proof, as someone actually went very close to it (Sale #3). I don't see any offer as close as the Sale #3 in any other trade (there are very few offers anyway), except the Flies YWN offer, which is very close to Sale #4. Maybe you're right to consider it an outlier, but I am not very sure about it.
Let me know what you think about it, I can close this and make the range a bit lower [5.9-7.5], or we can wait for more sales (2of2 on market, but there isn't much interest for the hat and there are very few offers), or you can just accept this if you feel that my range is correct.

Both those high end sales happened 2-3 months ago. High end is definitely too high. That 5.9-7.5 range suggested seems reasonable
