Fixing a mistake in the last suggestion for this.
~3.1 - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13876016 - sold for dead prez brigade + 14 keys + 5 in items - original brigade suggestion was ~2.3 so counting this as 2.1 after overpay. did a quick look and one recently sold for a max + 2 keys and offers seem to be around there.

Those are all the recent documented sales.

The 3.8 high range is currently based on an offer, which was rejected. The two sales at ~3 buds look fine, but I'm not so sure about this 3.8... Maybe if it does get sold for his BO of 4, then we can change it.
Giving room for error with the wide range. Dead Prez brigade is currently listed at 2.6 so if you calculate overpay based on that --> 3.3. Tree is currently 3.3-4.4. And the offers I really saw as outliers were in this trade - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11743907
I didn't see 3.8 as so far away from the 3-3.3 sales. And with the uncertainty of new unusuals I didn't see it as fair to the owners to throw out a rejected 3.8 made 1 week ago by subjectively calling it an outlier when it's not really that much higher than the previous sales.
Oh, and I forgot to mention that I'm not establishing a range but fixing one that had a serious error. That sale at 2.4 to set the low end was not accurate. 14 keys + 5 in items were added.
