Well... ill attempt to price this.. bear with me.
First we got the Flaming Lantern Bonk boy which is [6.4 - 7.4]
Second Orbiting Fire Bonk Boy [3.4 - 3.8] (Hasnt been updated in a while and it should be going down compared to other effects)
Orbiting Fire Wraith Wrap [2.4 - 2.8]... by logic this would make the Flaming Lantern Wraith Wrap worth less than the Flaming Lantern Bonk Boy
But let's take a look at the actual Wraith Wraps out there

We find that the only offers to highlight will be of course
-Flaming Lantern Bonk Boy [6.4 - 7.4] (as well as milkman, but it's worth less so it doesnt matter)
-Noble amassment of Hats Terror-watt (not priced, but we all know it can't surpass Sunbeams[7.5-8.1] making it a fair 7 buds)

-We got a nice GBH Headwarmer (not priced. The other black hole like effect Time Warp [7.1-7.3] so we are looking around that price.. id say a little bit more [7.5])
-Disco Beat Down (not priced, if you want to cut this effect some slack, between scorching flames [6] & Roboactive [7.3-7.5] would be a fair price, giving us [6.8])
-Vivid Plasma Daz Hazmattenhatten (we don't know nothing about this hat, but is Vivid Plasma, very excentric if you ask me, but again since the owner does not know the price and neither we, there is nothing in the price that this hat would affect.
So we can clearly see prices prices from 6.8 - 7.5..
why 6.5 - 8.2?
Simple... Bonk Boy price proves there can be a lower range and well, Wraith Wrap is a halloween hat and it got a halloween effect... giving it a little more value.
This is my first suggestion, so let's see how it goes.

Never use your own estimates for prices in suggestions buddy.
Im using fair ones and taking in consideration the intensity and how noticeable the effects are.
Doesn't matter. Never do this. Your opinion is not representative of the entire TF2 trading community.

I never implied that it was. I'd advise not making juvenile accusations in future when people are merely trying to help you. It won't get you far on this site or in life in general.
Telling me to never use my own estimates isn't really helping much to the pricing of the unusual where you are commenting.

you cant estimate the prices but i have to agree its a safe estimation eitherway its not proof

no, isn't sold yet. so shouldn't really have a price suggestion without sales i guess.
i ll stay neutral you can try to price the unpriced hats in the meantime and link each other suggestions for an easier browse.
think i'm going to downvote though, since it says that you have a sale to price a unusual.
As stated elsewhere here, you will need to base your suggestions on sales, not rejected offers and estimates. The problem is that the two sales involving this included multiple unusuals. One was a moon waxy + wrap for a PE ex and the other seems to have been involved in a deal for a scorching wrap / eerie coffin kit. Those are the two most recent sales and shouldn't be used to set the price because they were convoluted trades.
Basically, this hat needs to stay unpriced for the time being. At least until more defined sales emerge - when the two current owners sell.
