Was originally going to ask whether the evidence was sufficient. Decided to put it out here as a test run.
Also not that experienced with higher tier unusuals, Fortunately, lots of pure sales.

-an offer of 24 on both (12 for each)
Statisfaction swapped his Searing Noh for a Vivid one (confirmed that nothing else was added)

(12 buds, 12.4 is wrong I think)
Stats then swapped his Vivid Noh for another one + 1 bud (The one he has now, but it is duped)

Not exactly sure what it sold for.
Current owner is not much of a help: http://i.imgur.com/OvHeKxW.png
Maybe he's implying his own?
Certainly gets over 10 buds. Feel free to comment if you think the suggestion needs more tinkering!
So one sold for 11 buds and it's not at the lower value? Playboy sold his for 9 pure btw
There is an offer of 12, and one was sold for a Searing Noh (12 buds w/ overpay)
a sale of 11 buds should be included in the lower price unless it was a quicksale.
Also Playboy is a friend of mine, he got hacked and received the noh mercy from steam support, no problem for the information :)
If it can get over 11 buds, then there is not much purpose to put 11 in range.
Besides, 11-15 looks very large (just personal preference)
Well technically it can get over 14 buds so shouldn't the price range be 14-15? Well no because there's sales for lower than that.
I don't think I made myself clear. The reason I put 12 rather than 11 is because 12 is the most consistent offer/sale recorded in the market (so far).
If I made the price 14-15, that would be making up values, I cannot prove that only 14 and above happens.
Also, if a hat consistently gets higher offers, then the lower past sale shouldn't be the end all amount, it should be the higher offers that become part of the price.
Using "consistently" loosely here since this is a very rare hat.
Certainly an outdated price.
