Massed flies is definitely normally higher than steaming... Massed is below plasmas, over smoking / steaming / planets / orb. fire / N&B

Not saying I agree with this suggestion, the suggestion is shit. Just that massed flies normally is above steaming.

Normally it's seen as the worse effect next to nuts (except it's god tier effect on sniper)

But because steaming is one of the most commonly unboxed effects while flies is somewhat quite rare it generally is priced higher than steaming
