I completely agree. You can't just have listings that are a few days old and not include sells. Downvote as well.

Would the 'sold' condition not even matter if people are willing to sell for 4 refined, in the case of a downbump? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Correct, but he would need a lot more selling for 4, and a lot more unsold for 4.33 since this is not a small drop. Also needs to prove that 4.66 is impossible as hell.

Looking at ArchiteK's prof below, seems like 4-4.33 would be more valid since 4.33 still seems to be selling.
