I've taken the price in buds that the suggestion of the El Jefe was and after overpay it's ~9.36

Rest of your proof is based on your pricing, you can't do that

Sorry but I'm confused, your commenting that my proof is based on my own pricing, yet you price the el jefe by yourself? and if you look closely. the owners of the trades have set the estimated prices of the offers they received in parenthesis. So I'm not making up those prices.

Although I respect your "pricing expert" title in your profile, judging by your backpack value, and history, I don't believe you have the unusual experience for me to consider your comment

I DIDN'T price El Jefe myself, I went to last suggestion and the one who suggested wrote the suggested value, so I took the value it's supposed to be, and I did mid * 0.9 to calculate overpay

And no one needs to do unusual suggestions to know you can't price unusuals yourself, it might be very close but there has to be a listed price

in case you haven't notices, many unusuals are not priced yet, and those are the unusuals that are flowing through the market, there is no listed price. This is what i meant by unusual experience. You base everything off of backpack.tf, but backpack.tf isn't updated yet in terms of unusual prices.

I know that there are tons of new effect and hats unusuals right now, but El Jefe isn't what you listed and what you've done was taking offers of offers and such

And also the offers you've seen might be outliers or something, many times some trades with new hats/effects have sales at their price and outliers at few buds higher because it's not priced yet

And to my final thing: really? disliking my comments?

Well.... there is a dislike option for a reason.... I'm just expressing myself :P. and I'm not the only 1 who disliked it. There are several offers on each trade around the same range which lowers the probability of it being an outlier. And I think having 3 proofs around the same price range furthermore decreases the outlier possiblilty

disliking since I write something not stupid or irrelevant but actually quite important to the suggestion is childish

You have 2 solds, 1 for The El Jefe which is ~9.36, close enough to 9.5 which is fine

But my main objection is:

Your second sale, you traded 1 unpriced hat to 2 other unpriced hats, and you priced 2 hats by offers and then priced The Cold Killer, when you take 1 trade and some offers and not sales or so, high offers might be outliers or low offers might be outliers

It's very hard to say if your suggestion is accurate or not because of that

Again, your relying on bp.tf too much. there is no designated price for any unusual. bp.tf is not your bible. Its there to give u a general idea what the hats worth. which is also why I'm doing this suggestion. Why don't you try buying your first unusual before you tell me how to price my unusuals.

My point is, in order to price something you price 2 other things, so if your price is correct that's nice and all, but if it's not your price will just be misguiding

And also, the way you price it you can say your unusual is ~9.36 because the sale of El Jefe, and the ViewFinder is something because of some other sale and then price Antlers but if you'd do that, you price Cold Killer as ~9.36, while by your suggestion it's 8.5 - 9.5 which means the "pricing" you gave isn't accurate which means the Antlers' price is also wrong

I don't know if I explained it the best way but that's my point, this site has upsides and downsides, sometime things aren't priced or priced wrong, but still by this site as much as I know you need proof in order to price, and unusuals need 2 recent sales or so right now and have some other restrictions, if you price 2 unusuals in order to price 3rd one and those 2 unusuals' prices come from offers it seems wrong to me

Jefe was actually 10-11 based on its original suggestion - http://backpack.tf/vote/id/51e46c22ba2536052a000002 - but is outdated for a new unusual.

DP viewfinder doesn't have a set price and can't be used as valid proof. You will have to price the jefe and the viewfinder before pricing this
