Impossible to get one at outpost for 0.05 ref. On classifieds, 0.05 ref are rarely posted and instantly sold. None at stock on scrap.tf for days or even more.

An achievement weapon most certainly should not be worth 2 clean weapons (one scrap).

Any weapon can be easily sold for 1 scrap for convenience, however, two weapons for 1 scrap is just as convenient.

And, uh, as for none being in stock on scrap.tf, search "Dead Ringer" and you'll see this:

Scrapton Hale has 2 of Dead Ringer.

Applescrap has 1 of Dead Ringer.

Scrapoon 5 has 1 of Dead Ringer.

prove it.

just search for dead ringer on outpost, pages and more pages selling at 0.11 ref.

On classifieds, there is one dead ringer for 0.05 ref posted two days ago, but it is still unsold because the seller don't login to Steam for two days as well.

Again, just search for dead ringer on any bot of scrap.tf, none of them have it.
