Up to a few days ago, there was like 3 sellers for 20 - 21, and a couple private quicksellers..now I'm seeing a lot more diary sellers who are starting to flood outpost and even do less then what I'm suggesting.

Like before I would go lower, but giving these real lowballs a chance to sell.
