There's currently a Hearts Dapper selling for 3.5 buds.

1.8 buds is too big of a range for this item

You need to account for overpay on the hearts dapper, so the high price shouldn't be over 4 buds. Also, the current price on the dapper is pretty old, which means it may not be the most accurate. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14584202 - BO of 3.8 buds, new trade though.

Either way, the high end of this suggestion is a bit high.
