Judging from the fact that there are no solds at 14 keys with the execption of that 14 key offer, you could probably drop the price to 12 - 13 keys
That 14 key offer seems to be a retracted offer.. Eh. I'd say it's probably close enough. I agree that this might just be 12-13.
