CONCLUSION:

High Range = 1.3 Buds, Low Range = 1 Bud because of sales.

- Offered a smoking samur eye (1.4-1.8 but outdated)

- Offered Vivid Western (1.2-1.4 which was then sold for 1 bud + 4 keys)

- Offered Blizz Snaggle (1.1-1.5)

Don't think 1.3 is a problem at all!
