Why I'm removing anything around 8 buds from the range:

Doesn't really seem like anything above 8 buds should be in the range.
first sale ten gallon is like 7 ,so he paid 7.5 at least
The scorching ten gallon price is quite off now. Looking at the suggestion I took the original suggested price. Taking middle price and multiplying that by 0.9 gives my value.
I'm recalculating that again though, the suggestion for the ten gallon is a little vague.
