No he doesn't. Technichally all he needs are sellers when the price is moving down, but it is helpful to have solds despite the irrelevancy of it.

He doesn't need to. It wouldn't really make much of a difference if he did/didn't.

I closed my suggestion which I made first in favour of this one, because the market has changed since I made mine. Upvoted.

Buds are, for all intents and purposes, 20 keys now--19.8-20.2 according to trade.tf. Just look at the classifieds to see this--no one is asking for more than 20 keys at the time of this post. If the backpack.tf suggested price doesn't yet reflect this, it soon will

So 28 keys is 1.4 Buds, 30 keys is 1.5 Buds, and 32 is 1.6;

1.5 Buds seems reasonable for a low end, perhaps, but 1.4 is too low. Only one of your sellers is asking less than 30 keys/1.5 Buds.

I thought quick-sells weren't considered when suggesting a new price.
