The price was updated recently, I agree that it needed an update, but the information on the previous suggestion was incorrect.
The suggestion said that the trade was a gifted holiday headcase for the knifestorm birdcage. http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198062492101 (buyer) http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198041767882 (seller) - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13565607 (offer). This was correct, but the holiday headcase was signed by a famous contributor - *ﾟ✲*｡✧*☆Sparkwire☆*✧｡*✲ﾟ- http://backpack.tf/id/76561197988525039
The seller of the birdcage had valued the holiday headcase more than a regular headcase (2.5-2.8).

I believe that these call for a rethink of the current price.

I dont know this famous guy and he`s vac-banned.
Check his BP, he has heaps of self-made community items, therefore a creator of those items. Idk about the VAC ban though :/ it seems he is banned from tf2outpost aswell.
So you have this hat and want to rise in price ?
I just want it to be restored to the previous price. the current suggestion had insufficient evidence, and the information was skewed, as he did not mention the signature on the item. I am in no way trying to make a profit. I just believe that the price was not an accurate representation, and had not been voted on with full knowledgability. I am sorry If it seems that way.
The main reason is that nobody cares about signs... it's still gifted. I tried to sell earbuds signed by HeLLy, but the truth was "omg who the hell cares"
Guy values head case no more than a noraml one he says. So that would be ~2.3-2.5
The previous sale was ~3.2-3.6.
I think its fair to make the previous price in the middle of that with this information now known
