That would fit in line much more with that b/o of 2.5. And an unmet b/o of 2.5 for 1 month is pretty telling. That should not be the low end of the range

Alright, so what would you recommend?

2.5-2.7 would probably be fine since offers of 2.3 pure and 2.5 after overpay in unusuals were rejected
