Thanks for the comments and suggestions! New lower price range is 20 keys, should be more accurate.
Updating an old price. There's not a lot of good proof out there, but here is what I found:
B/O of 1 bud / 22 keys http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14446972
Selling for 1 bud and 2 keys http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14567973
Offered steaming hound (20 keys)+ 1-2 keys http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/4449123
B/O of 22 keys http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14465359
Do you actually have evidence of sold hound dogs?
You don't need proof of a sold item if you're lowering a price, you just need to show that you can't sell for the high end, or if there's people willing to sell for lower. The lower price isn't drastic for this unusual, so it's not classified as quickselling either.
While I agree with that, the b/os of your links dont really matter, since they're all round the same price- 22 keys. If you're going to lower a price with b/os make sure they support your range.
Except that his B/O's do match what he wants to lower it to? I do think that this would be better as 22 keys flat instead, due to offers not really being too valid for proof unless it sells for that.
