Thanks to AwesomeMcCoolName for the proof
i'm pretty new to this but im pretty sure that b/os cannot set a price. I could set a b/o of 22 keys on my sandvich but it's not worth 22 keys unless someone stuffed a bud in the bread :P
B/O's matter when lowering the price, especially when they're lower than the current price. The only time B/O's don't really matter is when they're higher than the current price and not taken
oh darn, ninja'd
all right thanks :D as I said I am new to this
That's understandable.
B/Os are valid when lowering a price. If a hat is priced at 4 buds and there's a seller with one (it has to be regular, i.e., not gifted/duped, to be considered) with a B/O of 3 buds not being able to sell for long (~2 weeks+), then price should be lowered.
