Very outdated price. 7 months old.
Let me start off by saying that I don't really need another trade to proof the low-end, as that part has been proved with the last suggestion. However, for Mr. Bucket's sake, I will add another trade to support the low-end I guess.
Just sold mine for 1 bud + 13 keys + gold-painted #20 Cobber Chameleon to Major_Trouble™. I added my Toothkickers.
Proof 1 (high-end):
My trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14204817 - Offered in pure many times ranging from 1.4-1.6. I ultimately sold for like 2 in mixed (mostly pure, mind you)

Proof 2 (low-end):
Trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14541046 - Offered his Buyout in pure by j0mpa (2nd offer within 3 days)

Conclusion/Opinions:
There are Four of these on Outpost. One of which has been offered his Buyout in pure and Two of which are mainly looking for pure. This is not a "super common" item. Maybe it's common in how many exist (42), but the amount on the market count, not the number in existence. Like I said above, there was no reason why I had to prove the low-end, because that has been proved before in the last suggestion/my offers.
Constructive critisism and helpful tips are always welcomed and acknowledged. Comments that don't provide any information or feedback are strongly discouraged "upvote" "downvote", etc.
I'm not sure I'd value that cobber chameleon at more than 5 after overpay since thats what it sold for previously - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14077169
And there are prior b/o's of 1.8 as well, so the range on this might be 1.6-1.8 or 1.6-1.9. But I guess this is close enough.
