Suggestion for private eye at 7-7.8 puts that sale at 8.8-9 ish

Hetman, Stove Pipe, Topi have updated suggestions (not older than 1 month), but are all inflated due to ref change, so its pretty generous to value that at 8.5 after overpay.

And that same duped PE wrap had b/o's of 10 - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13746954 and 9.5 - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14255175 - and I believe kwerty sold it for 8? So valuing that sale at 9 is also probably generous.

Either way, this suggestion is probably as close an approximation as we can get to where this should be valued based on sales.
