The one that sold for the Modest had a B/O of 12 and according to polar bear unusual overpays should never be valued over B/Os, although I actually kind of disagree, well he's a mod.

BTW polar bear, I was taking the Modest as 15 since I don't apply the 0.9 overpay on higher tiers since it would go below low value.

How do you find all these obscure things? I swear you must do something where you go back in time, add a weird item no one has ever heard of in to the game, release it in to the wild world of outpost and travel back to the future to price them.
