None sold trades are found on trade.tf for 2.33 ref, hype is all over and this hat deserves a bump down.

links 4 and 6 of 2 ref and under have both closed their trades without selling

That means that 2 ref is able to sell much more better than 2.33. In these 2 days, trade.tf hasn't record any 2.33 solds at price. And much more people are selling it very low.
