I'll let another mod decide whether pricing the high end off the duped burning tossle is fine. Might really be more accurate to make it 9 after overpay given that Michael has a b/o of 10 on his, but his hasn't been up that long, so eh... This might be close enough.

Not necessarily. Mods are humans and make mistakes. The suggestions I make are not always accurate. If another mod disagrees and has good justification for why I am wrong, then they are more than free to close my suggestions.

And in this case, I'm not totally sure. So I will seek out another mod who has more experience with duped burning tossles.

Because a lot of times voters are stupid, which is why they're only a part of the checks and balances system. The other, main part, is the proof.

Like I said. Checks and balances. If the proof provided is not sufficient, then even if the votes are positive, the suggestion will not be accepted.
