Its 1 scrap :P so yes.
From 2.66-2.77 to 2.66 flat is only a change of 0.5 scraps in the average price. In this case, it's only 2% of the total value of the item. This is a price guide, and IMHO, it doesn't need to be within 2% of the "correct" price, however you define it. The variations in different trades vary by more than that.
Technical ^_^ however, I stand by my suggestion.
Not really, but the fact that 2.66-2.77 is even a range makes me sick, lol.
