Conclusion

    You have 3 sales under current, 19 isn't that far off current obviously but that can count anyway, and 3 sales at current.


    First b/o is only 4 days old, had an offer before retracted.

    Second is a week with other unusuals.

    Third is 2 days old with an offer within current price range.

    Fourth is 3 days old, current offer is unusual that's 17-18 keys.

    Last is 1 week old.


    It seems possible to sell it between 21-23.


    I think a better range might be 18/19-22/23 tbh.


    But I agree 20-28 isn't marketable anymore based on these trades anyway.
