A side note before I start; yes, I do own one. But seeing as the price was last changed 8 months ago, I think it does need a bump.
There is only one on Outpost at the moment, and the seller wants 2 buds for it. http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/154771305
As you can see, the seller is getting notable unusual offers of 1.6-1.9 buds, some including sweets.
I myself bought one of these for a Blizzardy Conjurer's Cowl (1.8-2.1 buds) plus a Strange Grenade Launcher (4 keys at that time).
At this time I can't add any more evidence as there are no more sellers, but please do take your time to consider this price bump. Thanks :)

If you paid a blizz cowl + 4 keys in sweets, it's not quite 2.1 buds. I don't see a need to raise the price...
