well, it is quite difficult to overpay if there is no price set.

that's true i guess but the pilliar wasn't an overpay so it's taken as 1:1

Also right, it was a 1:1 but with an unpriced item, that's why it doesn't look that solid to me, I will stay neutral for now, maybe you'll find better proof.
