Conclusion: Initial price was 7 buds flat. All previous buyouts and current buyouts fall in at 7-7.5 buds with the exception of the quicksell. Therefore I am bringing the price back down to 7-7.5 buds to more accurately reflect the market.

Side Note: Structure of first current trade also suggests that he most likely would accept 7 buds pure since that's all he listed on the right-hand side even though he lists his buyout as 7.5 buds.
