Proof:

They are getting offers of 3-3.4 and two other trades have B/O's of 5.
So if you're going to base this purely off of B/O's, then why would you exclude the 5 from your range? Also going to be difficult to pass this without any proof of it being sold, since B/O's aren't the most stable of proof.
Just because they aren't stable doesn't mean they aren't valid proof. Amd i'm excluding 5 because they aren't even selling for 4.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure you need a sale.....if you can't find one, I think the price should stay where it is.
How can I find a sale if no one is buying for 4 buds? The P. Fetti Noir was accepted recently and it only have B/O proof.
The problem with this suggestion is you're making these B/Os seem valid with no offers or sales near them, just B/Os. The price is 3 months old and you should have "actual" proof instead of B/Os.
These aren't new buyouts. The one with a B/O of 4 buds has been up for 1 month and has plenty of offers, and the Second one with a B/O of 4.5 has been up for 1 month with plenty of offers.
If a different hat was suggested and accepted with the same type of proof, I see nothing wrong with this proof.

it doesn't matter if you're lowering a price
What doesn't matter
B/Os that don't sell
Yeah they do, they show the willingness of the community to pay a certain price.
If they aren't pay the bo and the bo is the bp.tf price, the bp.tf price is wrong.
