I do think cloud 9 is a little bit lower than The Circling heart + it had offers of 5.1 pure (as a quicksale) and 6 in unusuals. It has also been offered as Cloud 9 Attendant + sweets for a Harvest Moon Scotch Bonnet. I do not have the proof at the moment, I will post a screenshot in a hour or two.
Speculation isn't enough, need proof
He said he's getting proof.
So, why make the suggestion before he has the proof, why not wait until he has the proof then the suggestion won't need to be closed. Also offers aren't enough for new hats we need 2 sales of which neither are outliers, if there is a gap between them a third sale is needed.
Edit: Would appear you and Calin are Steam friends, not a surprise you're backing him up on a weak and poorly made suggestion. You yourself are just a troll suggester.
Good day. I am posting this for a friend. I do not understand why Dolphin's comment was wrong, he was just mentionint that I said I am going to get proof soon. Anyways, this is the offer my friend got. Now, the problem is that both me and the guy with the hat realised that this guy, who offered the 5.1 pure has the profile set for friends only, and only got 2 friends. He is not marked as a scammer or anything though. He also has 2 years of expierence on steam which is quite a bit, informing us that he is not a noob. He wasn't wrong but you should be ready with the proof before you post the suggestion otherwise you just look unprepared.
I accept the offer is there but an offer of 5.1 buds doesn't support and range of 6-7 buds. Please wait or find TWO sales of the hat and if the range is large, say 2 buds + the find a THIRD sale and negate the outlier. This is the rule pricing hats with new effects.
Close this suggestion unless you have proof of sales that support your suggested range.
I am ashemed. Honestly ashemed. This was meant to be the price 5-6. Not freacking 6-7. It was such a total mess. I was wondering why you're talking about 6-7 and then yeah....... This is gonna get closed, total apologies for this!
