CONCLUSION:

Low Range = 16 because of a sale. High Range = 17 because of B/Os under the current high range.

Why would you lower the price of a hat that only has 2 on the market you should be raising it.

How do I know? The same scammer offered me it for 12 but fuck scammers. So given that the initial sale was for 12 keys, I'd put off pricing such a rare unusual since basically any sale above 12 keys would be a profit for him.

IMO, pricing this way would be like pricing the Burning TC at ~78 buds because of Azn_Rawr's sale. We wouldn't do it for the TC, so why do it here?
