Let me know if the range is correct or if i need to change it.
Yes i own this unusual,but i have 0 interest to make my backback value rise since i'm not gonna sell it unless it's a 30 pure offer or more in unusual.
It would help if you list out exactly which offers are 28-30+

didn't put in some other minor offers that goes in the range of 25-28 and other offers involving new hats or new effects on high tier/all class hats.
You have to use low-end bp.tf prices.

Not sure how you are calculating 31 on the ex + veil. That seems like a ~25 after overpay
Hallmark price is 7 months old and shouldn't be used
And the last sale is ~21 + 5 + 1 after overpay. Eh.. maybe 25-27? Maybe this is close. I'll have another mod take a look
