http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14531267 - One offer of 13, but retracted. Looks like people are not willing to pay over 12.
CONCLUSION:
Nobody at all is willing to pay over 14 for this Engineer Unusual. Low Range = 13 because of B/Os and offers. High Range = 14 of a sale and a retracted offer.
you may want to remove the B/O since they don't matter towards an unusual price change.
You aren't very smart are you. You are allowed to used B/Os for unusual suggestions when LOWERING prices. Please learn what you are saying before you type it.
that is what ive seen people say when people are suggesting prices for unusuals. they had high scores and even admins said it.
Any proof that? Just saying that doesn't mean its true. I have had 87 Unusual Suggestions accepted. I know how to do this properly. You have 0 Unusual suggestions passed. High Scores...? Wut does that mean?
it means I don't like to do those suggestions, and you don't have to brag. I don't really do price suggestions.

Buyout prices are fine with lowering a price if enough time has passed to ensure that it isn't a quicksell.
I was trying to say I found it hard to tell how you were saying that since typing has that disadvantage. not knowing how people mean/ say things in text.
