While still able to get some at .33, .66 is obtainable as well, so keep that in mind when voting please. Most trades selling at .33 selling out within a day if actively bumped, too, or are in sets. Please go easy on me as this is my first suggestion.
Rejected/sold/got offered higher than .33:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13687414 [offer of .66]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13499767 [offer of .66]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14182503 [sold some at .55]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9465924 [offer of 1 ref; looks like he got one]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13222580 [offer of 1 rec and strange fists]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14377563 [sold for .66]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14558227 [offered .44]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14288065#p44849465 [sold several at .88]
http://imgur.com/3AWSb3w [sold two at .88 and one at .66]
Now, before people start spamming this trade with links of .33, I took the time to go through every trade less than 2 days old and tell you why it's harder to find for .33 these days:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14607852 [selling at .33 but a young trade]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14628606 [looking for .66]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13687414 [1 month old, won't respond to anyone]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14456046 [he doesn't have the gloves anymore, sold for .33 instantly]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14643056 [only wants dota stuff]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14650374 [very young, selling at .33]

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14567101 [sold already]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14567101 [bumped once]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14294416 [rarely bumped wants .66]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14666599 [5 hours old]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14664862 [7 hours old, bumped once]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14662648 [bumped once, 10 hours old]
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14582711 [sold out it seems]
Good proof, upvote from me.
"very young" does not constitute as 1+ day old in my book
Examples:
" http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14607852 [selling at .33 but a young trade]" - It's 3 days old
" http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14567101 [sold already]" - 5 days old.
Sssh :P
Kitsune just said 'young'. I'd say 3 days is relatively young. But anyways, as she/he said this is proving how .33 to .66 is obtainable. It's not excluding .33 entirely. Given that I'd say it's fair, wouldn't you?
yes, i sold 4 pairs for 0.55/each in 3 weeks (L3). Heavy stuff is the hardest to sell, idk why, he`s a supermodel.

Not sure if you're trying to refute or strengthen the proof for this range.
