Original suggestion on beak was 15, which would be 13.5 after overpay, putting that sale at 6.1

And 9.4 is not sufficient overpay on a clean lantern bubble pipe when the range is 9.4-9.6, much less a duped one. Always take 0.9 * middle on such narrow ranges

High end should be no higher than 8.5. And I would honestly look to see what the lantern bubble pipe has sold for in the past to confirm that it has same value as a clean one if you are using it as the linchpin to set the high end of your suggestion
