Sales >3 months old shouldn't be used for any hat. And I'd argue sales >2 months old shouldn't be used for any new hats since values can change dramatically in that time. Those sales at 9-10 are very old when the hype was high. Given the one that had a b/o of 8 for 3 months, high end is definitely too high.
