These Hustler's seem to be lowing in price since alot of them on the market have BO of 10 buds:

No one is really offering on these since there are some many on the market

And Just a coupe of days ago one got sold for ~8 buds

I think the new price should be around ~10 buds

So if one got sold for 8 buds, where's the 9.5 coming from? Don't round just because you're afraid of making a large range. It's better to be accurate than pretty.

Really should probably be closer to 9-9.5 since that's where the sale was for the very clean one. But this is much better than the current range.
