Also, this trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13801308 has an offer of 6 keys (that was rejected!) I don't know what the hell is going on there so I ignored it.

you need solds. you cant make a jump that big without sufficient proof.

He has offers, which people are willing to pay.

The guy with the offer on the 3rd trade bought from the guy on the 1st trade.

still you need a lot of solds for a price rise this big.

The market for this item is very small, so the above should be sufficient.

Definitely fake. The guy doesn't have 6 keys and only has 11.5 hours. Other than that, proof seems k for now.
