CONCLUSION:

High Range = 20 because of 2 Offers (Offers can be used as proof when RAISING the price.) Low Range = 16 because of B/Os.

20 keys in items could very well be 20 keys in lvled vintage weps. Unless he states what the offer is, it is not a valid offer.

The current price of buds is 20 keys regardless what it was before. adding 4 keys to a bud is the same as 16 keys.

Not during the time of the sale. Buds were 22 back then. Even if it is rare vintages, you can only blame bp.tf's way of valuing them.

Yeah, with all those b/o's at 16, 17, I'd say the range shouldn't be more than that. And original suggestion on oma was 14-17, putting that sale at 17 not 18. Anything above the b/o should be considered part of overpay to achieve it in pure.
