The three sales look like a chain of quicksells to me. There will be a discussion about this in the new unusual suggestion rules / guidelines. Basically, it doesn't seem like any one of those sellers had their hat on the market long enough to ascertain its full value
I cannot find any counterproof on myself. I think I will wait for counterproof to be shown before closing.

I'm not sure. They went pretty fast for 21 keys. But some of them tried selling for 1.3 pure unsuccessfully for quite a while. And there is that b/o of 1.2. It's just that the 18 sales seem low.
buds are 20 keys, another mod told me to always value at currect prices.
That doesn't make much sense to me. Let me give you an extreme example. When bmoc hype was high and an unusual sold for a bmoc worth 18 keys then, do you value that trade as 12 keys now? That wouldn't make any sense. For items, values should generally be as they were at the time of the sale. The mod may have been referring to unusuals - unusuals should be valued at current prices since they get updated so infrequently and their price is so stable that the current price is almost always a more accurate representation. The price at the time of the sale for unusuals is often out of date. So for unusuals it makes more sense to use current prices.
Yes I would value it at 12 keys, that is what the new BMOC owner would hold now.
The 1.2 one wants to sell it for 1 bud now. It seems 1 bud is a perfect high end. While 0.8-1 bud may be a better price for this the current converted key price is 18-20 keys. It's really hard to tell on low tier unusuals if it's a chain of qs or just luck for the seller. Doesn't seem like more than 1 bud is possible atm. This price is better than the current, and I would say it's more like 50/50 if the high end should be 20 or 21 but voters have spoken. :P
