None of your sellers are actually selling for 0.22 (besides the classified listing) like NecroTed said. Looks to my like they're selling fine at 0.33 ref.

IF YOU DONT HAVE ALOT OF SELLERS / SOLDS / BUYING / BOUGHT WHAT MAKES YOU THINK 0.22 IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS RANGE , STOP PULLING PRICES OUT OF YOUR ASS!
