The last time this hat had a price update, it was one year ago. A lot has apparently changed for the market for this hat, because there is no demand. In fact, there are barely any sellers for this hat. Most of the trades on TF2Outpost are either people using it to mark they are selling crowns (Spiral Knight's currency) for refined, or trying to sell their entire BP's. I have ran through each user's history of the item, only to find that most of them haven't ever traded the item.

The only successful trade I found was this one:

Where she gave it away for free. To prove my point further, here is someone selling the item for a rec plus gift wrap, one week old, no takers.

TL;DR no one wants to move the item anymore, only successful trade gave it away, Fluttershy is the best pony.
