As indicated in comments, only 1 sale is really valid. Any sale >3 months is just too old, especially on new hats since price can fluctuate a lot in that time. Also, brigade helm price is 7 months old. And VRH was originally 1.4-2.

Only really usable sale was the max for 2.2. Paint doesn't really add value - just take it as a 1:1.
