Guys, I own like, almost 30 of these. Quickly give me a downvote!!!

Why is 13 keys is a quicksell? Because of the countless people who wants to buy it at 13 keys. Proof below.

Thanks for reading.

More buyers / sales @14 , abstaining as of now.

You're right, my proof of 14 keys is kinda limited. I was thinking that the 13 keys quicksells would suffice. I'm sure that a lot of 14 keys trades happen tho; will try to find more.

Upvote, I had saw people buying for 14 keys

sure, i had saw people buying for 14 buds! This needs instant upvote! =D

i don't think that market ready for new bmoc bubble, espessially when we all wait for big halloween uncrate, when promos will fall like a rock

This is my own opinion, please don't judge me if you don't understand what I am thinking about.

      28 multiplied by 13

      Bro....just...bro

      I'm jelly

you can help him earn extra 14 keys with your upvote =D

Trying my best to gather proof of people paying more than 13 keys, will have more proof tomorrow.

        http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14731957 Paying 15 keys

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14731101 Paying an unusual worth more than 16 keys

1st Link: Bought under 1 second XDXDXDXDXD

2nd Link: Nuts and Bolt Unusual that he was trying to sell, fruitlessly from past 4 days, from 18 down to 15 keys and he finally decides fuck it bmoc would be a better option. So from his final "willing" sale price of 15 keys you reduce an overpayment of 10% brings it down to 13.5 keys. Considering it a shitty piece of trash unusual the overpayment would have been atleast 20% brining it down to 11 keyish.

              Bubble popped.

It's not a bubble sir. it's a clear and obvious price manipulation that this hat, for *some* reason, seems to skyrocket to 20+ keys only during 2 months of the year (with its peak in late August, not even around xmas, go figure) and the rest of the time, everyone wants it to be dirt cheap.

So pick one. Either it's a 25 key hat or its a 13 key hat. There's no bubble, it's deliberate that the price is kept down in this range and boosted 1 key a day for a couple of weeks and then brought back down again.

FYI I own only 1 BMOC, my personal one. It is none of my concern what you guys vote this hat up or down to, as I like it as a hat regardless. But at least, AT LEAST be consistent. Clearly none of you guys can do that, and thats why the price for this hat is always broken and there is constant fighting about it.

It most certainly is a bubble.

April 2012 a bunch of people hoarded and faked offers on their bmocs driving the price up until its increased peaked around august~. A year later (August 2013) people remembered bmocs rising and decided to hoard them and most of those hoarders had the intent to sell them around the 20-key mark. So what happens when all of a sudden bmocs hit 20 keys? They all get dumped onto the market, the supply increases and demand suddenly disappears.

I like how you guys keep negging my comments. They say a person's rage is the weathervane of truth. I'm right on the money and someone's mad.

But what? Hoarded and faked offers? On BMOCs!? NEVAR! That never happens with any item ever! Especially Buds, Bills and Keys! Wait, no. Actually that happens with almost every item, consistently. Why is the BMOC any different?

Again, you can't have it both ways. The rollercoaster of BMOC prices are obvious pump and dump. You can vote me down all you want but you know it's the truth.

Fake offers might happen here and there on every item, but it occured on a massive scale with bmocs.

also, im not the one who disliked your comments. And no, you're wrong in every way.

Well, we can agree to disagree, sir. I would still like someone to explain how theres 100,000 buds, and 200,000 bills, yet not even 20,000 BMOC's, and its price is barely twice a current bills. You don't think it's being supressed on here? It is.

Backpack.tf is directly responsible for the price of the BMOC dropping. It stood at "1 bud" (~25 keys) on the old spreadsheet for months before .tf came online. As soon as everyone found out the santa was was not being re-released in 2012, all the scumbags swiftly voted it down en masse so they could buy them up for themselves on the cheap. With such a generally small number of hats, they planned to house all of them.

Now take a look at outpost. Who has BMOC's for sale? Donator, donator, donator, donator, donator. Rarely will you ever see a 'civilian' having one for sale. The good majority of 'traded' santa hats are firmly in the hands of the sharks.

With the margin of santa hats existing in F2P's backpacks now being 30%, it's obvious they wrenched them out of anyone's hands they could get them out of.

So you think this has not been a concerted effort? Please expain how this is not.

There is a difference in price because rare doesnt equal expensive. If no one wants it why should the price be higher? Have you tries selling this for a bud?

This thing shot up to 20 keys and crashed right down. Bp if anything was dragging up the price. People bought it not because they wanted it but because they thought it was going to rise and when it didnt they shit their pants and tried to sell for less triggering the crash. Deal with it

Mods look at the proof. Voting means next to jack on promos because people vote not on proof but on ehat they want. If this was all on votes buds would be a scrap

Ps. Stable for months? It sky rocketed in price then It was "stable" for around a month then dropped like a rock right after christmas

Your argument, my good sir--it is clearly not based on an understanding of such matters.

It doesn't matter how many copies of an items exist. There are very rare vintages, but no one wants them. And if people haven't success selling for higher, they usually lower their prices fastly.

If you say that all the BMOCs are in the hands of shark, then why do they sell it for so cheap?

I can't help, but because you claim that all donators on outpost are sharks, what is pretty rude, I must assume that you are just angry that you can't sell your hat for a bud anymore.

                  http://i.imgur.com/rWNEeEP.png - 14 keys; took about 5 hours

that's not a reason to stop and downvote it without even looking at the evidence.

Yes it is, He's obviously manipulating the price for his own gain.

I have bought 3 BMOC's the past week for less than 13 keys, do you want screenshots?

Hell, one was painted pink that I got yesterday for 12 keys.

So if you're saying that I make a price suggestion for a DBD Infernal Impaler, I'm just manipulating the price?

Firmly, yes, it could be what you said, but it could also be that because he deals with them a lot, he knows when it needs to be changed. Different viewpoints I guess.

No you wouldn't be manipulating because you don't own a large chunk of the market of them, if you did, yes you would be.

But I think it's obvious the suggester is hoarding and trying to drive up the price for personal gain, I mean really 28?

I'm not questioning his motives, but I downvoted the suggestion, his proof was extremely poor and was thrown away easily.

                        Going with counter-proof, downvote.

The fact that you have 28 of them, and that you're voting for an increase, leaves me to pause. I could assume that you're a decent human being, who's totally impartial and fair in judgment. I could also assume that I'll find a Golden Ticket and win Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. I'm downvoting this for the safety of innocent traders out there. Once we open the floodgates to a price raise, gentlemen there's no telling how far this train will "Choo Choo" along again.

                            Innocent traders? Funny joke.

The fact that he has 28 doesn't matter. What matters is his proof is not very good.

How are those 28 B.M.O.Cs doing for you?

                              Lost my vote

                                  Counter-proof > proof.

Trying too hard, bro. Hype train is still in the station, refueling. Have some patience.

Counterproof shows current price is fine
