Weapons are a scrap each and the price really never changes besides uncrafts which are an exception. There is not a single proof that people have sold or even ARE TRYING to sell these manglers for a rec. Just a word of advice that you can get 2 weapons from scrap.tf/ scrapbank.me for just a scrap.
