1) yours is lvl 99, that lvl has a higher price due to special themed and desired lvl like 42, 69 0 1 and 100

Does the level really boost it's level that much? I honestly didn't think it matter that much.

I think it's too much of a drastic change. I would upvote if it was lesser.

What are you talking about? This is very drastic. Also it took me 2 weeks of constant bumping on outpost/posting on classifields/posting on reddit to sell mine at 3 keys.
