I think the price on that is inaccurate to use, since at the time of the suggestion, only one sale was used.

Since it really can't be updated, it seems like an outlier at worst.

Yes good point and I completely agree! I did do my best to take off the maximum price since it seems unlikely that it will ever go for that price again.
