I believe the listed price is close. But Overall on the spectrum of effects most of the time Blizz is Lower than Stormy and i believe this should be the case here.
1-1.2 Seems reasonable - Low Tier, Weather Effect i really cant see it going any higher and there are 30 of them now.

1 bud 2 keys is 1.1 buds what about 1.2 buds where did it come from ?

Don't really see sales at 1.2 buds, maybe the high end should be 1.1? Barely a difference though
