Only 1 recent sale on the clean one in the last 3 months. All offers are 25-30. The other one in existence is gifted.

Sorry, but I feel you need at least 2 sales for this to go through. The clean one is still on the market and collecting offers, so there's no reason to update this hat's price until that person sells it. Also, those 30 bud offers were rejected, which means the owner considered them low :/ Oh, and just want to point out the last offer on the trade (Anti-Freeze Hallmark + Miami Nights Kabuto + Miami Nights Cold Killer (gifted from Pink Taco) + Phosphorous Bubble Pipe + Haunted Ghosts Fukaa) is probably worth more than 30 easily.
Only 1 sale in 3 months. Previous seller waited 2 months before selling for 30. High offers after 1 month is 30. I don't see a problem here.
Don't want someone to get sharked seeing bp.tf value when the only recent sale is 30 and I don't see any defined offers >30 in the last 3-4 months
Is it really fair to price a hat lower than its actual worth because other offers can't be priced? I agree the price needs a touch up, but bringing it lower than what it's been offered makes the price just as inaccurate. :/ Oh, and the price of the stormy 13th hour KE was substantially higher back then (24.5-28.9 buds).

I give up, go ahead and undervalue the hat because it has no offers with priced hats. I still think that logic is seriously flawed but it's not like I can do anything about that :/
I can understand your concerns and to "outsiders" this will look awkward and flawed. I kinda hate doing that.
