Means he paid 10 keys to upgrade it; that puts the Ushanka at 22 keys for the value of the trade. He had a B/O of 20 keys earlier (when his trade was still fresh) that he edited about 2 days later (Source: I watched his trade, and had it bookmarked from when it opened till the day it closed. I love Peace Sign).
